Adapters-Plus probe adapters are available in multiple sizes to accommodate many BGA packages.

The modular design enables you to remove either of the top components at your convenience. Each component of assembly can be purchased seperately.

PC BOARD includes power and ground planes with pads for 0602 case size capacitor for improved signal integrity. The inner most row of test points are connected to the power and ground plane in an alternating fashion.
