Call For Availability: 209-839-0200 The Delta Probe Test Clips provide an accurate mechanically non-evasive way to contact with IC pins on chips that are soldered on to mother boards or daughter boards. The Delta Probe Test Clips are available in 0.5mm, 0.65mm, 0.635mm and 0.80mm lead Pitches. We support QFP, TSOP, TSOPII type packages. The Delta probe has Compressible wedge conductors that insert tightly between the IC pins. Each wedge contains two conductors that allows for redundant electrical contact to each IC pin. The Probes are ideal for debugging, prototype and in circuit programming.
