PA24-28-1DP-PP – 24-Pin DIP (0.600″ LIF) to 28-Pin PLCC Plug Adapter (Memory Wiring)

Overview

PA24-28-1DP-PP is a 24-pin DIP to 28-pin PLCC adapter configured for
memory-device-specific pin mapping. It interfaces DIP-format memory
devices to PLCC-28 production or emulator sockets.

The top interface is a 24-pin DIP, 0.600″ row spacing, low insertion
force (LIF) socket. The bottom interface is a PLCC-28 molded plug
compatible with standard PLCC-28 sockets.

This configuration does not use 1:1 wiring. Pins 5, 8, 11, and 19 are
skipped to match specific memory device pinouts. Refer to the datasheet
for detailed signal mapping.
