Overview

PA24-28-7DP-PP is a 24-pin DIP to 28-pin PLCC adapter with custom wiring.
It interfaces 24-pin DIP devices to PLCC-28 emulator or production sockets.

The top interface is a 24-pin DIP, 0.600″ row spacing, low insertion force (LIF) socket.
The bottom interface is a PLCC-28 plug designed to mate with standard PLCC emulator and production sockets.

This version skips PLCC pins 1, 11, 15, and 19.
It also shorts PLCC pins 28 to 1 and pins 14 to 15.
It does not provide 1:1 pin mapping. Verify device compatibility before use.
