The XL Series socket is a precision-machined test and prototyping socket designed for 388-ball BGA and LGA IC packages in a 26×26 grid configuration at 1.27mm pitch. Footprint-compatible with your existing PCB layout — no board redesign required.
Applications
Ideal for functional production testing, prototype bring-up, and development of BGA and LGA devices. Compatible with Xilinx Virtex-4/5, older Altera Stratix.
