The XL Series socket is a precision-machined test and prototyping socket designed for 324-ball BGA and LGA IC packages in a 18×18 grid configuration at 1mm pitch. Footprint-compatible with your existing PCB layout — no board redesign required.
Applications
Ideal for functional production testing, prototype bring-up, and development of BGA and LGA devices. Compatible with Altera Cyclone IV, Microchip PolarFire, Intel 10M50.
